Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing
Hosted by STEAMworks@TERC
During this hands on workshop, children will engineer solutions for the problems that are in the book Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing.
After reading the first two chapters of the book together, children will pick one of the problems and work in pairs to build a solution to help one of the characters in the book. Children will get the chance to use materials from a portable maker workshop and follow the engineering design process.
Tufts Center for Engineering Education and Outreach (CEEO) is dedicated to improving engineering education from kindergarten to college, with a focus on increasing student and teacher excitement for learning STEM.
