Recognizing Expectations and Shared Understandings

Participants will learn another way to look at family interactions at exhibits and reflect on previous videos through the lens of activity frames. Activity frames are a kind of shared understanding that emerges within families about what they should be doing, how they should be doing it and what sorts of behaviors and talk are acceptable.  Before launching this module, be sure to review the tips and background information for session leaders in the full guide.
