Veronica (Ronnie) Kell is an Adjunct Math Instructor at Mt. Wachusett Community College. She has extensive experience as a math educator and math coach in various contexts, including K-12, adult basic education and community college. She was a math consultant for the SABES Math Initiative and a member of the statewide SABES/ACLS/TERC Math Team. She has facilitated professional development workshops for SABES and other organizations for many years.
Judy Storeygard's work has focused on supporting the mathematics learning of students with special needs, as well as on teacher development. She has taught students with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders and supervised graduate students in a Moderate Special Needs certification program. She is the editor/author of My Kids Can: Making Math Accessible to All Learners, K-5 and Count Me In: Including Learners with Special Needs in Mathematics Classrooms, both collections of cases written with elementary mathematics teachers. She also was a contributing editor to the Working with the Range of Learners: Classroom Cases in the 2nd edition of the Investigations in Number, Data, and Space series and on Models of Intervention in Mathematics: Reweaving the Tapestry by Cathy Fosnot. Other notable work includes Scaling Up TRIAD: Teaching Early Mathematics for Understanding with Trajectories and Technologies, and a collaboration with Dr. Doug Clarke from Australian Catholic University, producing videotapes of the Early Numeracy Research Project Interview.
